Delete your account

In-app deletion (required)

Pawple supports account deletion inside the mobile app. This website cannot delete your account for you.

1. Open Pawple and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm in the dialog.

Deletion runs a server process that removes your profile, pets, Moments, Meetup host and participant relationships, Paw and mating relationships, introduction chats and messages, in-app notifications, blocks, reports you filed or that name you, related storage objects (including photos and share previews), and your sign-in identity. Signing out is not deletion.

Before you delete

You can export a copy of some of your data from Settings in the app before deleting. The export is a JSON file generated on your device and does not include every type of data Pawple stores (for example, introduction-chat messages, in-app notifications, reports, or blocks). See the Privacy Policy for details.

If you cannot access the app, email hello@pawple.app from the address linked to your Pawple account and ask for help with account deletion.
