Terms & Conditions

Welcome

Pawple is a private, invite-only community for pets and the people who love them. Access requires sign-in; the Feed and community are not publicly browsable on the web. By using Pawple, you agree to these Terms and our Community Guidelines in the app.

The service

Pawple lets you create pet profiles, save Moments, browse a Feed, discover and join Meetups, and—when you opt in—use Open to Mating (Discover, Paw, and mutual-Paw introduction chat between two pet parents). Pawple is not a conventional social network: no public like counts, comments, follower systems, general DM inbox, or group Meetup chat.

Sign-in and eligibility

You sign in with Apple or Google (passwordless OAuth). You must be 18 or older to own an account. Invite codes are personal—do not sell or trade them. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Your content

Only share pets and photos you have the right to share. You own your content. By posting, you give Pawple permission to host, store, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the service, including when you share a Moment or Meetup link externally.

Acceptable use

Be kind to pets and people. Do not harass, spam, scam, or post content that is sexual, violent, abusive to animals, or otherwise harmful. Follow in-app Community Guidelines. You may report and block as described in the app.

Meetups

Meetups are organized by pet parents. Pawple does not verify hosts, attendees, venues, or pets, and does not supervise in-person gatherings. Attendance and offline meetings are at your own risk. You are responsible for your pet and your choices.

Open to Mating and introduction chat

Open to Mating is opt-in per pet (18+ only). Mutual Paw may unlock a one-to-one introduction chat—not a general inbox. Sharing personal details offline or in chat is your choice. Pawple is not responsible for what you arrange or share. You can unPaw, block, report, or delete chats as described in the app.

Intellectual property

Pawple’s name, branding, and app experience are owned by Pawple or its licensors. Do not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or our marks.

Enforcement and termination

We may remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, or act on reports when we believe it is appropriate under these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You may delete your account anytime in Settings. See Delete Account.

Disclaimers

Pawple is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, notification delivery, or the accuracy of user-generated content. We do not verify identity, pet information, breeding suitability, or offline safety outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawple and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or offline interactions with other users. Your use of Meetups, mating discovery, and introduction chat is at your own risk.

Not verified in code: Governing law, jurisdiction, dispute resolution, and registered legal entity details are not specified in the repository and should be confirmed with counsel before store release.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. Updates may also appear in the in-app Terms screen.
